I created this unique style for my daughter’s graduation in 2004. The skirt base was made with rows of narrow flounces alternating in colour from red to black. The dress was made in a stretch fabric which enabled my daughter to move quite comfortably while walking and dancing. Each flounce is separate which gives the appearance of light movement when walking and her legs were visible underneath the skirt portion of the dress.
Recently my daughter discovered this photo app allowing the individual to view a video of what they would look like wearing a variety of apparel. This particular dress caught my daughter’s eye as it reminded her of the dress she wore to her prom back in 2004.
